At Sea to Sky Nannie’s, safety is our highest priority. All of our nannie’s go through a vigorous screening process to ensure nannie’s are qualified, educated and aligned with high quality standard of care.

Matching the Client with a qualified nanny based on the Client's needs includes, but not limited to:

• Recruitment and placement of top-tier nannies in the Sea to Sky

• Specific or recommended training or briefing for the nannies.

• Ensuring all nannies are CPR and First Aid certified.

• Conducting reference checks.

• Performing background/criminal record checks (if applicable in Canada).

• Verifying clean driving records (if applicable).

• In person or virtual interview conducted by Sea to Sky Nannies.
