Nature Daycare
Get Outside With Us
Nature Daycare is a 3-hour outdoor adventure for toddlers to explore nature, enjoy hands-on crafts, and learn about the environment. Guided by our experienced nannies, your child will immerse themselves in an outdoor walk, engage in creative activities, learn about the earth and world around us, and practice cleaning up after themselves—all while having fun in the great outdoors.
Nature Daycare is the perfect opportunity for parents to enjoy some time for themselves, whether running errands or simply relaxing, knowing their little ones are safe, engaged, and learning in a natural setting.
What does my child need to bring?
Dress for weather! Layers/muddy buddy on cold and rainy days. Sunscreen, hat on sunny days.
Although we will provide a light snack (ie. granola bar/fruit) please pack a larger snack/lunch for your child to enjoy if they get hungry. Remember we will be gone for 3 hours and we will take lots of breaks for snacks.
Please pack a water bottle for your child.
Any allergy/medication, please let us know in ADVANCE of any allergies.
Change of clothes, in case your child has an accident or gets muddy/wet.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Accidents happen! If your child is not fully trained that is OK. We will take breaks for nature potty’s and we will come prepared with wipes/toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Where is pick-up/drop-off?
Pick up and drop off is primarily in Valley Cliff, alternating between McNaughton Park, Smoke Bluffs Parking lot and Smoke Bluffs Park. Pick up/drop off MAY be different. We will send you an email with pick up and drop off location 24 hours prior to the start time.
