Need a sitter for Saturday night, or someone who'll be part of your family for years? We're a boutique, locally owned agency, not a marketplace — Steph goes through every match by hand, no algorithm, no call centre picking up the phone.

Date night, events & occasional sitting

Need someone for date night, a wedding weekend, or just a last-minute afternoon? Tell us when, and we'll line up an available, vetted caregiver for you to approve. Pay as you go, no commitment.

Babysitting from $27/hour

Caregiver rates start at $27/hour for one child, plus a 25% agency fee on each booking ($30 minimum).

Want the same sitter every time? We'll personally match you with a regular babysitter who fits your family's schedule, for a one-time $750 placement fee.

Full-time & long-term nannies

Looking for a regular, full-time, or live-in nanny? I'll personally match you with the right caregiver for your family. We put together the placement agreement and contract, and help out with interviews and trial shifts before you make your decision.

Part-time $1,500 · full-time $2,000

One simple, one-time placement fee — never a percentage of your nanny's salary. A $350 deposit gets your search started, credited toward your final placement fee.

Meet the founder

Hello, I'm Stephanie.

I've been nannying on and off for 14 years, and I've cared for kids anywhere from three months old to fifteen. Along the way I've worked for some high-profile families, including the lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I got to travel internationally with one family, and spent a three-month sabbatical tutoring two boys across Europe. I love spending time with kids and learning how their minds work.

When I moved to Squamish from California, I kept nannying. While I was looking for a nanny position of my own, I noticed just how much demand there was for childcare across the Sea to Sky, so many requests started coming my way that I could see how hard it is to find the right fit for every family. That's how Sea to Sky Nannies started, and helping families find nannies they can trust has been my focus ever since.
