Recruitment
We find, scout and interview qualified ECE educators who are open to work. We conduct pre-screen interviews and collect all data and documents: CRC, First-aid, certifications/license, reference.
Placement
Each daycare has different needs and is hiring for different roles. We will schedule a complementaty Discovery call to get to know your daycare, the roles you are hiring for and any special requests or needs. we will only send you candidates that fit the requirements you provide us with, or higher!
